Return Window
At Ballstar Golden Goose, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Item is in original, unworn condition
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included
- Return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Item shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is provided
Important Note
Due to the premium nature of our Italian-crafted sneakers, all items undergo quality inspection upon return. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or do not meet our return criteria will be sent back to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items worn outdoors or showing signs of use
- Customized or personalized sneakers
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items without original packaging or tags
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return process:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive your prepaid return shipping label within 24-48 hours
- Package items securely with all original materials
- Attach the return label and ship via provided carrier
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it within 3-5 business days. Approved returns will be processed as follows:
- Credit Card: 5-10 business days from approval
- PayPal: 3-5 business days from approval
- Store Credit: Immediately upon approval
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees availability.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. International returns may take 2-4 weeks to process due to customs clearance.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will:
- Provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Process a full refund including original shipping costs
- Offer a replacement if the same item is available
- Expedite the return process (1-3 business days)
Return Shipping
Domestic Returns (US): We provide prepaid return labels for all domestic returns. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring items are properly declared for customs.
Store Credit Option
Choose store credit for your return and receive an additional 10% bonus value. Store credits:
- Never expire and can be used on any future purchase
- Are transferable to friends and family
- Can be combined with promotional offers
- Are processed immediately upon return approval
